Products We Sell

Nua sells dietary supplements directly to consumers and through authorized affiliate partners. Products are manufactured by FDA-registered, cGMP-certified facilities in the United States and shipped via our fulfillment partner Rocktomic Labs LLC.

Pricing, availability, and product formulations may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order.

Orders & Payment

• All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated
• Payments are processed by Stripe and Digistore24 — Nua does not store credit card numbers
• Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance — we may decline or cancel orders for stock, fraud, or compliance reasons
• Sales tax, duties, or VAT may apply based on your shipping address

Subscriptions

Our subscription plan automatically renews monthly at the discounted subscription price unless canceled. By starting a subscription you authorize Nua and our payment processor to charge your stored payment method on each renewal date.

• You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime through your account or by contacting support
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — no partial refunds for unused subscription days
• Price changes will be communicated at least 14 days before the next renewal

Shipping

We ship from the United States. Standard delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days within the U.S. International shipping is offered on a country-by-country basis with longer transit times. You are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes imposed by your destination country.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first order:

• Contact support within 30 days of delivery to start a refund
• Return the unused portion of the product (we cover return shipping for U.S. customers)
• Refund is issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of receipt
• Subscription renewals beyond the first order are non-refundable but can be canceled before the next charge
• Damaged or missing items: contact us within 7 days of delivery for replacement at no charge
