Our Promise — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our supplements. If your first order doesn’t work for you, we’ll refund it. No fine print, no restocking fees, no hassle.

This guarantee applies to your first purchase of any Nua product. You have 30 days from delivery to request a refund.

Eligibility

You qualify for a full refund if:

• Your refund request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
• It’s the first order on your account (one guarantee per customer)
• You return the unused portion of the product (even if the bottle is opened)
• You purchased directly from nuawellness.ai or an authorized affiliate partner

Subscription renewals beyond the first order are not covered by this guarantee, but you can pause or cancel anytime to prevent the next charge.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email support@nuawellness.ai with subject “Refund Request — Order #[your order ID]”
2. Tell us briefly why it didn’t work for you (we read every reply — it helps us improve)
3. We’ll send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day (US customers)
4. Ship the unused portion back to our fulfillment center
5. Once received, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

If your shipment arrives damaged, opened, or with missing items, contact support@nuawellness.ai within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a free replacement immediately — no return required.

Please include a photo of the damage or missing items so we can pass feedback to our fulfillment partner.

Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we can either:

• Reship to the corrected address (you cover the second shipping cost), or
• Refund the order minus original shipping

We do our best to verify addresses but ultimately rely on what you enter at checkout.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you keep what you’ve already paid for and won’t be charged again.

• To stop the next renewal: cancel before the renewal date listed in your account
• To pause for a month: contact support and we’ll skip the next shipment
• Already charged for an upcoming renewal you didn’t want? Contact us — we’ll work it out case-by-case

International Orders

Our 30-day guarantee applies to international customers, but return shipping costs are at your expense. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.

If your country has consumer-protection laws granting stronger refund rights, those apply in addition to this policy.

Refunds via Affiliate Partners

If you purchased through an affiliate (Digistore24 or another network), refunds may be processed through the affiliate platform’s policy. The 30-day guarantee still applies; the refund mechanism may differ. Contact support@nuawellness.ai and we’ll route the request correctly.

Refund Timing

• Credit card refunds: 7 to 10 business days to appear on your statement
• Bank transfers / ACH: up to 14 business days
• Apple Pay / Google Pay: typically 3 to 5 business days

We process refunds the same business day your return is received. The remaining time depends on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

The 30-day guarantee does not cover:

• Subscription renewals beyond your first order
• Orders requested for refund more than 30 days after delivery
• Customers who have already received a refund on a prior order
• Promotional gifts, samples, or bonus items received free of charge
• Customs duties or import taxes paid to your local government
